Warm-N-Dri® foundation board keeps foundation wall temperatures closer to the air temperature of the basement, which helps reduce interior condensation. Reduced condensation ensures a less humid, more comfortable basement space. The placement of Warm-N-Dri foundation board on the wall’s exterior also helps to reduce the risk of damage due to freeze/thaw cycles particularly if the foundation board is extended to the sill plate.

Basic Uses

• Warm-N-Dri is installed in vertical applications where TUFF-N-DRI has been applied to basement walls.
• Warm-N-Dri protects the installed TUFF-N-DRI waterproofing membrane, channels water to the drainage system and insulates basement walls.
